LOAM is people, and their organizations, who are striving to be forward thinking as they rebuild their community. Under the umbrella of the nonprofit Hancock County Community Development Foundation, LOAM is governed by a 12-member board of directors drawn from varied private and public sectors including banking, energy, architecture and construction, tourism, Stennis Space Center and NASA, the chamber of commerce, and the legal field.
